KIRIPOKUNAHELA

In the Ya la East National Park there is a place called Kiripokuna  a perennial source of water, and animals
flock there during the drought. About half a mile to the north of this waterhole in an extensive flat-topped, rocky hill, the Kiripokunahela. Along a large boulder at its loot, steps lead up to the remains of a crumbling dagoba.

The drip -ledged cave below, bears a primitive drawing in stark white, of a leopard leaping on a man astride an elephant.
